Freddie Dunn Jr. is a Washington, DC–based trumpeter whose work moves naturally between straight-ahead jazz, hard bop, soul, funk, hip-hop and groove-driven contemporary music.
His career includes international touring, recording work with Fertile Ground and Lafayette Gilchrist’s New Volcanoes, independent releases, studio work, community programming and music education.
